I Surrender All.... For 2010...

1) I surrender my family and friends. I do not give up on them; I simply surrender them to the will of God so that even if their wills conflict with the Father's will, I will do only that which God calls me to do.

2) I surrender my ambitions, my job, my career, and my future. This means I am willing to go anywhere the He wants me to go and to take on any tasks that He wants me to take on.

3) I surrender my reputation, what people think of me and say about me. I need to be willing to care more about what God thinks of me than what any person thinks of me.

4) I surrender my possessions, all that I claim as mine. I am willing not only to tithe, but to also give God control over 100% of what I have. Then I can say that I no longer own anything I have given up all of it to God. Everything I have is his.

5) I surrender my social life. I surrender my recreations, my pleasures, my amusements, as well as my relationships with the opposite sex.

6) I surrender my daily schedule. I give God not only my days and hours but also my total life and all my time.

7) Most important, I surrender my will, my very self. And if I can do this, then I don't have to worry about the first six steps. This one step takes in all the others, and this surrendered life is what leads us to daily victory.

I Surrender All lyrics

I have wrestled in the darkness of this lonely pilgrim land
Raising strong and mighty fortresses that I alone command
But these castles I've constructed by the strength of my own hand
Are just temporary kingdoms on foundations made of sand
In the middle of the battle I believe I've finally found
I'll never know the thrill of victory 'til I'm willing to lay down
All my weapons of defense and earthly strategies of war
So I'm laying down my arms and running helplessly to Yours
Chorus:
I surrender all my silent hopes and dreams
Though the price to follow costs me everything
I surrender all my human soul desires
If sacrifice requires
That all my kingdoms fall
I surrender all
If the source of my ambition is the treasure I obtain
If I measure my successes on a scale of earthly gain
If the focus of my vision is the status I attain
My accomplishments are worthless and my efforts are in vain
So I lay aside these trophies to pursue a higher crown
And should You choose somehow to use the life I willingly lay
down
I surrender all the triumph for it's only by Your grace
I relinquish all the glory, I surrender all the praise
Bridge:
Everything I am, all I've done, and all I've known
Now belongs to You, the life I live is not my own
Just as Abraham laid Isaac on the sacrificial fire
If all I have is all that You desire
I surrender all

Unconditional Love

God’s love for us is unconditional and unchanging.

“Then the world will know that you [God the Father] sent me [Jesus Christ] and will understand that you love them as much as you love me” (John 17:23, NLT).

Did you catch that? God loves you as much as He loves Jesus! That’s almost too much to comprehend!

Scripture records that God’s love “never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]” (1 Corinthians 13:8, AMP). His love for you can never weaken. It's impossible. His love for you isn’t based on your behavior but on His faithfulness.

God’s love for us is so all-encompassing that we simply cannot comprehend its scope.

“For God so loved the world [you and me] that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

Why did God give Jesus? The answer is simple: to purchase us back. Our forefather Adam gave himself, and consequently all his offspring (including you and me), to a new lord when he heeded Satan. Adam disobeyed God and separated himself and his descendants from Him. But since God loved each of us so much, He wasn’t willing to assign us the same fate as Satan and his angels.

God purchased our relationship back with Him by giving Jesus in our place. Jesus paid the complete price for mankind's disobedience to God. He took our judgment.

The price of our soul is so expensive that nothing else could have bought us back besides Jesus Himself. “God bought you with a high price” (1 Corinthians 6:20, NLT). “He purchased our freedom through the blood of his Son” (Ephesians 1:7, NLT).

No person or thing is more valuable to God than Jesus. Yet, God saw our value equal to that of what He prized most.

Now here is the amazing fact: If you and I had been worth one cent less to God than the value of His Son, He wouldn't have purchased us because God would never make an unprofitable deal. (Recall the above scripture, “God bought you with a high price.”) A bad purchase is when you give something of more value for something of less value.

In God’s eyes, Jesus’ value is the same as yours! Do you see how important you are to God? This is why Jesus prays, “You love them as much as you love me” (John 17:23, NLT).

Do you remember?

Do you remember when dancing was undignified and just my name could make you cry? when grace was still amazing because it was more than just a song.. Do you remember? Do you remember at all?... Remember, how we use to talk and you would call me ABBA GOD?.. and knowing i love you was the of greatest reward? When worship wasn't well rehearsed? and Buildings didn't mean the church? And to be with me a hour didn't seem like a such chore?.. Do you remember? Do you   remember at all?... ~ God

A New Life

1 Peter 1:3-7 (The Message)

A New Life

3-5What a God we have! And how fortunate we are to have him, this Father of our Master Jesus! Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we've been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—and the future starts now! God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you'll have it all—life healed and whole.

6-7I know how great this makes you feel, even though you have to put up with every kind of aggravation in the meantime. Pure gold put in the fire comes out of it proved pure; genuine faith put through this suffering comes out proved genuine. When Jesus wraps this all up, it's your faith, not your gold, that God will have on display as evidence of his victory

Surrender....

When we hear the phrase "surrender to God" we might think that we are going to stop living. The truth is: we will start living! Surrendering to God doesn't mean living without a purpose. Instead, it means to start living with a purpose - the purpose that God has planned for us.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'"

God is saying that He has a plan for our lives! We can give up our selfish desires, put our futures in the hands of God, and He will take us far beyond our dreams!

The book of James suggests that we "submit" or surrender to God. "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). Once again, we see that God desires that we give our lives and plans to Him 100 percent.

James not only touches the point of surrendering to God, but he links it with the second idea: resisting the devil. These two ideas go hand-in-hand. Surrendering to God is not easy and there will always be the temptation of returning to our own self. Even Jesus was tempted to not surrender His life to God's plan! But what happened? He resisted and the devil fled from Him.

Surrendering to God gives us a weapon to use against our enemy, the devil. Even when we are tempted to do our own will and live our lives in our own way, once we surrender to God, He will empower us to resist the devil.

All to You, I surrender,
Everything, every part of me.

All to You, I surrender,
All of my dreams, all of me.

Never Give Up

"Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly as though you were working for your real master and not merely for humans. Col 3:23"

There are times we all face giants in our lives... and like the football video above, they new the were going against a giant in there case a football team and before they even faced them they already had the attitude of defeat. So many times we have that same attitude we face a giant in our life ad we just give up!... but read the story of jericho here
Now Jericho was tightly shut up Because of the children of Isreal None went out And none came in And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given unto thine hand Jericho And the king thereof and the mighty men of valor And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war And go round about the city once
Thus shalt thou do six days And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams horns And the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times and the priests shall blow the trumpets and it shall come to pass that when they make a long blast with the rams horn and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet all the people shall shout with a great shout and the wall of the city shall fall down flat and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him For the Lord hath said unto Joshua SHOUT for I have given you the city

The inhabitants of Jericho were perverted by sin and corrupt Surrounded by walls so thick that chariots raced on top With ladders, catapolts and spearheads readied and blazing in the sun The armies of Isreal stood ready for commands of war to come For 39 years Joshua was trained under Moses' righteous hand And it was Joshua who led nearly three million Isrealites Into the promised land Now Moses was dead and the real test cameCould he simply follow God's word And do something that to the natural mind Would be utterly obsurd Without Moses to ask advice of Or an advisory committee God said the walls will fall Just tell them SHOUT for I have given you the city

Now God was putting in operation a principle of war Setting at our disposal weaponry that drops deamons to the floor Something with tremendous power that assassinates fear and doubt Its the high praises of victory unleashed by a shout When David played his songs of praise, demons fled from Saul As Paul and Silas worshiped God, the chains began to fall it lifts us above the circumstance and lets God's power flow
The shout of victory binds the devil with chains that won't let go So with the confidence of warring angels Isreal stood stone ready To obey Joshua, speak to their mountain And SHOUT for God was giving them the city

Six days they marched around Jericho and the last day they marched seven While the Cananites jeered from their evil walls Isreals faith reached Heaven Before any manifestation, with every brick still in place
Eyeball to eyeball they looked fear dead in its face They didn't wait to feel some earthquake or to see a lightening flash They didn't need to hear a theatric rumble or a mind blowing crash They prepared their souls for victory Now its God's turn to come thru They'd scream their lungs out Simply because... they believed...
God's word was true.

So, with the high praises of God in their mouths, Came a massive... there came a volcanic sound And Isreal shouted in victory And they shouted in faith And the walls came tumbling down

Now Joshua Could have looked at this giant of a wall which chariot raced on top.. it was huge!.. he could have said God i cant do this.. and he had all these people who he was in charge over can u imagine walking around a wall seven times and knowing thousands of people were goin to be quiet as they walk around this wall?... but joshua trausted God, he wasnt walking around this wall for himself he was doin it for God he was beliving and trusting God that the walls were going to fall!... and after seven times whe they shouted the walls came down!... so what would happeed if we just looked at our giant and shouted a shout of victory and watch him fall...

What ever your facing today dont give up because you think you cant do it anymore that your tired that its too much.. because like the coach was beside his player yelling DONT GIVE UP!!.. God is besides you yelling DONT GIVE UP! IM RIGHT HERE BESIDE U! YOU WILL MAKE IT!... somtimes we are soo close to victory and we give up because the giants to big.. but my GOD is bigger.. he will strengthen u.. So whatever your facing keep going to dont give up. and traust GOD and shout with a SHOUT OF VICTORY!.. and watch the walls fall.....

Luke 10:19 (The Message)

18-20Jesus said, "I know. I saw Satan fall, a bolt of lightning out of the sky. See what I've given you? Safe passage as you walk on snakes and scorpions, and protection from every assault of the Enemy. No one can put a hand on you. All the same, the great triumph is not in your authority over evil, but in God's authority over you and presence with you. Not what you do for God but what God does for you—that's the agenda for rejoicing."

Let GOD.....

Your destiny is not fixed.

Do you sometimes feel that through poor choices you have squandered your opportunities to live the life you once dreamed of? Is your life full of guilt and regret? Do you sometimes wish you could turn the clock back and start over?

Unfortunately, you can't relive your past. But your past does not have to determine your future . Turn your future over to God and He can turn it around. He can alter your destiny and change your reputation. Just consider Jacob, the “deceiver,” who cheated his brother Esau out of his birthright. Later, however, he wrestled with God, who changed his name to Israel , “prince of God,” and who made him the father of the nation that bore his name.

Then there's Moses, a murderer and fugitive in the desert whose destiny was altered at a burning bush. His encounter with God changed him into a deliverer who freed a nation from slavery.

God is in the destiny-altering and reputation-changing business. Just look at Saul. On his way to Damascus to arrest followers of Christ, he met the Lord on the road. Blinded temporarily by the encounter, Saul rested at the home of a man named Judas. In the meantime, God instructed Ananias to go to Saul and restore his sight, saying, “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel .”

Saul thought his destiny was to rid the land of the Jesus-followers. God altered his destiny and his reputation. As Paul, he became one of the most potent forces in spreading the gospel of Christ throughout the Roman Empire in the first century. When they saw how he was boldly preaching the faith he once tried to destroy, they glorified God because of him.

What God did for Paul and all these others He can do for you. Do you feel like you have messed up your life? God can straighten things out and set you on the right road. There is no sin so great that God's grace is not greater still. No hole so deep that God's love cannot reach you and pull you out. Remember that one day of favor can be worth more than a lifetime of labor. At the same time, one day of favor can change a lifetime of mistakes, bad choices and missed opportunities .

Don't let the shame or discouragement of your past rob you of your future. Turn to the One who can alter your destiny and change your reputation. Let God turn you around!

Forgivness?

So often, people hold on to bitterness or resentment, thinking that they are stockpiling ammunition against the person who hurt or offended them as if one day, they'll have the chance to get even. However, the truth is, if you don't choose to forgive, the only person being punished is you.

Unforgiveness is like a barrier that actually blocks the door to your heart. In order to move forward, you must remove the barrier, open the door of your heart, and extend forgiveness to others. When the door of your heart is open, you can then release all the hurt and pain and make room for God's healing.

I heard a story about a woman in her mid–thirties who had been mistreated, abused, abandoned, and neglected throughout her life. She was a believer, yet she was still consumed with feelings of betrayal, anger, and hurt. At times, she sat up nights imagining confrontations with the people who had hurt her. In her mind, she rehearsed over and over all of the offenses and wrongs that had been committed against her. She wanted so badly to get even.

One night while praying, she realized that all those negative feelings were blocking her from moving forward. She knew she had to let go of the past offenses. She wasn't sure how to do it, but she began imagining a large assortment of helium–filled balloons in her hand. Each balloon represented an offense, a concern, or a hurt in her life. She then pictured herself releasing those balloons one at a time and watching them float away. As she did this, she could almost feel each of those offenses, cares, and concerns that had been consuming her thoughts begin to lift off of her. Each time she practiced this exercise, she released her cares and concerns to God and received a fresh portion of His strength to face each day. Eventually, she found her place of peace as she released those balloons and learned to forgive.

Why don't you release your balloons today? Let go of all offenses and give them to God. You can accomplish so much more when you allow forgiveness to fill your heart.

And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you…(Mark 11:25, AMP).

WAKE UP!

In the book of Job, as God speaks from a whirlwind, he sets up his challenging "conversation" to Job by sayng "Brace yourself like a man!" Lately through reading scriptures from Job 38-40, having dreams about what will happen in the earth, and is already happening, some, and through prophecy, it's like the Lord is saying to the church, "!" We have to get ready for what God is about to do, and what he might allow in our nation and in the world. He knows the time and season, Jesus is longing for his bride. And the earth (and the true church) is longing for Jesus...Beloved, the time is NOW to allign our hearts with the will of the Father. To pray in the spirit. To be bold and obedient. To declare with heaven, the glory of God on the earth. HOLINESS UNTO JESUS! The Lord is raising up a generation who's only cry is "Holiness unto the Lord!" and that he wanted to raise up a "Matthew 5" generation. ARE YOU AWAKE TO THAT? Are you listening to the voice of God or the echo of others? (even "Christians") In Psalm 103:7, it says,"He revealed His CHARACTER to Moses and His DEEDS to the people of Israel." Remember when the Israelites did not want to seek God "face to face," but just allowed Moses (their "Pastor," so to speak...) to hear from God for them? Well, they missed out on a beautiful treasure, an intimate knowledge of WHO GOD WAS...what He was really like, and could have pleased him a lot better if they had known for themselves. Yes, they saw miracles and provision, God's "deeds," but Moses got to see God's "Character!" Are YOU willing to climb the mountain of His presence? Are you hungry to know God for yourself? To hear his secrets? To know what he's like and how to please him? DO YOU WANT TO BE CHANGED until your very face shines? It won't happen through a second-hand experience or a "hand-me-down" word. It will only happen when yousee God for yourself. Don't settle...Don't run away from God. Run TO him. get alone with Him and pour your heart out. Climb that mountain and stay there until he reveals himself to you. "Jesus give us eyes to see your beauty and ears to hear your voice. We don't just seek your hand, we seek your face!" Time is short. Walk close to Him and heed his instructions. Be ready! "Brace yourself like a man." He's coming. You will see signs and wonders in the earth. You will feel the earth trembling. Let the Lord shake your spirit as he will shake this earth. Some of the "shaking" you will see, is God, shaking our nation(s) by the shoulders out of sleep, with his own hands saying "WAKE UP!" God is calling for true worship. SOUND THE ALARM! Isaiah 58:1...

mmmhm!

Gotta Luv Some Starbucks!....... Its a great way to start your day!... specially when you have to be at work at 5 am...

Sometimes, letting go of situations in life can be the hardest thing to do. But it is at the point of letting go that you will begin to see the power of God in your life. Situations arise, but we are not called to hold on to them. It’s like the Abraham and Isaac situation. You must be willing to let go of even the things and people that you love in order for you to walk out a life that is dedicated to God. Easier said than done. I know. But it’s like the Nike slogan, “just do it!” God is able to to exceedingly abundantly above all you ask or think. The problem is in this area; you have to do your part. Once you do your part, God moves supernaturally on your behalf. Soooooo, you have to let go and let God. Then, HE will move on your behalf. Why won’t you just let it go?to me this really is the hardest thing... but its a lesson i had to learn.... and I needed to learn.. its time to trust God.. and leave everything behind.. And Move Forward....

never give up

You know time after time we use Gods Grace and we take for granted all the prayers he answered and when we go through somthing so tough , somthing that we don't understand and we can't figure out why we are going through it. And we wonder where God is and you want to know where he is in your time of need because you don't undertand why it looks like these things are coming at you full force and everytime you think you can stand somthing else hits you and you fall agian. You think you have been forgotten you think God has Just totally abandon you, But though you are weak and you don't feel like you have the strength to stand God will be your strong tower he will not give up on you he will be there. He is holding out his hands saying I will never give up on you through you are weak I am strong and you still belong here with me and I will be there with you always until the end of time!So when your going through these trials and you feel like theres a Giant whos breathing down your neck. Gods going to pull you through. Keep your focus on God and your giants will fall. If you keep your focus on your giant you will fall. So keep your focus on God. and praise him for what he is yet to do! claim it! and God will move!.
